Congratulations to SLG Hub Research Assistant Cale Warren on being accepted into the 2026 CapaCITY/É Summer Institute this June.

Meet the Team!
The SLG Hub is a project spearheaded by Dr Elizabeth Schwartz. Dr Schwartz studies municipal politics and public policy, with particular emphasis on urban environmental and climate change policy. Her current research projects examine sustainable public procurement and municipal climate change policy in Canada. She is an assistant professor at the Department of Political Science at Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador in St John's. She teaches courses on public p
